MicroTorr® purifiers from SAES Pure Gas use a variety of specifically developed getter-stabilized zeolites (GSZ) and other media for ambient purification. The media used is specific to the bulk or specialty gas application and has a surface area that provides high flow capabilities and high capacities in a small package.

The MicroTorr® series purifiers are offered for most gases in a wide range of sizes to meet flow rates up to 1,000 slpm while removing impurities to less than 1 ppb or better.

The MicroTorr® was designed with total application flexibility in mind. In addition to offering more than twenty sizes, a wide variety of valve and filter configurations is also available.
