MegaTorr PS7 Series Hydrogen Gas Purifiers (Getter only)

MegaTorr PS7 Hydrogen Gas Purifier

The getter only approach is ideal for facilities that already have a good quality hydrogen supply, but require ultra-high purity (UHP) quality hydrogen for critical processes.
The MegaTorr PS7 Series Heated Getter Hydrogen Gas purifiers utilize a heated getter process to provide ultra-high purity (UHP) gas. This simplified approach provides outlet impurity levels to < 1 ppb for O2, CO, CO2, H2O, CH4, and N2.
This purifier series is provided in three sizes flows up to 20, 40, and 100 Nm3/hr. Getter column replacement can be performed in the field by an authorized SAES Field Service Engineer.
