Compact, regenerative CO extractors capable of delivering up to 5.4 scfm at 100 psig of dry, CO-free air, with a dew point of -40°F (-40°C) and a CO-content of less than 2 ppm. Ideal for emissions monitoring applications. Units come standard with a moisture indicator. Accessories include an inlet particulate filter, inlet coalescing filter, outlet filter-regulator assembly, moisture indicator, flow meter, surge tank, and sound suppression kit.

Principle of Operation:
Ordinary compressed inlet air is passed through
a layered desiccant bed where the water is
removed first, followed by the catalysis of carbon
monoxide to carbon dioxide. The purified air
then continues to the outlet side of the manifold
and on to the application. A portion of this air
is expanded through an orifice and directed
back through the second desiccant bed, purging
the accumulated contaminants. Every 30
seconds, a solid state timer and two solenoid
valves reverse the process. The result is a
continuous supply of dry, CO-free air.
