Purge Gas Generator Systems

The Purge Gas Generator Systems are designed to continuously remove water vapor and CO2 gas from compressed air and inert gases. The units use 13X molecular sieve media with the pressure-swing adsorption process to reduce levels of CO2 to below 1 ppm and reduce water vapor content to less than -73°C dew point. The dual tower design provides continuous uninterrupted operation. CO2-Series requires a compressed air source for operation and the air should be compatible with instrument quality air. These gas generator systems are designed to operate 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Nitrogen cylinders and dewars can be eliminated with the CO2-PG series gas generator systems.
